How do we transfer files out of a low-connectivity area?
If you don’t have enough bandwidth to upload files directly to Captricity, there are a few options:

  1. Store the files on a laptop or hard drive and upload when you are in a place with better connectivity.
  2. Use Dropbox.com, Box.com, or other asynchronous file-sharing software. Captricity has integrations allowing you to upload directly from these cloud-based storage systems.
  3. Contact us and we’ll help you find a solution!

How many files can I upload at one time?
Gigabytes! We have uploaded 30,000 files at one time. Let us know if you break that record!

What if the information I want digitized is confidential?
You can “black out” any field using the “black this out” Advanced feature in the Tool Box. Here’s how. This information will not be included in your results. Learn more about privacy and how we process jobs.
