Google Spreadsheets Integration
Do you use Google Documents for work or your own projects? Have you ever wished you could send your data from Captricity straight to a Google Spreadsheet? Now you can!
Captricity just launched a direct integration with Google Documents. Previously, your only option for exporting your data was as a CSV file. Now, you can open your data directly in a Google Spreadsheet, where you can save, share, and collaboratively edit/analyze the data.
Here’s how it works:
On your “browse results” screen, click “Export data,” just as you always have. In addition to the common CSV option, you’ll see a “Google Spreadsheets” link (see below). If you click on that “Google Spreadsheet” link, your data will automatically open in a new window, as a Google Document.
Could you use something like this? If you already have a completed job on Captricity, you can export that data into a Google Spreadsheet. And if you haven’t started using Captricity yet, why not give it a try now?
