Meet Team Captricity: Lani Rosenthal

My name is Lani (rhymes with Annie), and chances are high we’ve exchanged emails if you’ve contacted firstname.lastname@example.org lately. I’m a member of the rockstar Customer Success team here at Captricity, which means that in addition to always being ready to answer questions from our users I also spend a lot of time optimizing our internal processes and advocating for great new features to make for an even better customer experience. When I’m able to sneak away for some downtime, you can probably find me hiking or making a mean batch of ginger beer.
So what do I love about Captricity? Our mission is to unlock the information that drives the world forward, for everyone. As a member of our support team, I get to see this mission in action every day. It’s clear how much everyone on team Captricity cares about our users and their success, regardless of if it’s a large enterprise customer or a non-profit partnership from our Captricity.org (Data for Communities) grant program. Data is powerful, and we’re all dedicated to making it more accessible. What’s not to love?
