Meet Team Captricity: Andrea Cardona

April 15, 2015 by Andrea Cardona

Hello! My name is Andrea Cardona-Battle, and I work on the Marketing and Sales team as a Sales Development Representative at Captricity. I am a San Francisco native and a recent graduate with a B.S. in Marketing from the University of San Francisco.

As soon as I graduated, I became overwhelmed with this self-imposed pressure of figuring out what I wanted to do for the rest of my life, and that I needed to figure it out now. I often found myself stuck between choosing to pursue my passion for volunteerism and travel (or basically becoming Anthony Bourdain), and finding a job that would hopefully kick-start my career in sales and marketing. Well, during this journey, I quickly came to realize that I can do both. The foundation of Captricity and the core of our work in both our nonprofit and enterprise verticals immediately caught my attention. What I love about working at Captricity is that we all truly work by the motto “serving those who serve others”. The passion we all have for making a positive change in this world through data can be seen across all divisions of our company.

I love challenging myself, whether it's by learning a new language, trying a new sport or setting personal goals; and here at Captricity I can apply that to my work with a great sales and marketing team to challenge and support me as well. My new goal for 2015 is to perform with a samba group in San Francisco’s annual Carnaval at the end of May. Hope to see everyone there!
